Salon policy


Our salon is an appointment - based business.        It only works when appointments are kept.
When you schedule an appointment with us, we make sure that we are here for you, 
and we ask that you extend the same courtesy.



Appointment

It is recommended that appointments be made

at least two weeks in advance or prior to leaving the salon to get the time

that is best for you.  There is twenty-four hour cancellation policy.

Please notify us in advance of your scheduled time to make changes.

We also provide 24 hours conformation by texting.

Please arrive five minutes before your appointment time.

We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals.

Cancellation / Missed appointment
When a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, we must charge$25for the missed appointment.
This $25 charge will be added to the total bill at the time of the next appointment.
If you would like to reschedule just let us know at least one day before your appointment

by calling: (503)282-2777 or texting: (971)275-3871. With proper notice of a cancellation we have the ability to schedule another client.



No shows

No shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment prior to booking another appointment at Midori lashes & skin care.

If there is a second occurrence we will sadly no longer be able to see you as a client.




Late arrivals
If you are more than 10min latewithout contacting us, your appointment will be canceled.
We firmly believe in the value of your time and make conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon.

If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment.



Children Policy
As a courtesy to other clients, and in our efforts to offer relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware

that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon.
